1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AgileTune to:

  • Violate laws: Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Harm others: Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users. Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
  • Compromise security: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems. Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Abuse the platform: Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service. Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.
  • Infringe intellectual property: Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Send spam: Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or promotional material.
  • Mine cryptocurrency:Use the Service's infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities.

2. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy. Actions may include:

  • Issuing a warning to the offending user
  • Temporarily suspending the user's account
  • Permanently terminating the user's account
  • Removing content that violates this Policy
  • Reporting the activity to law enforcement if required

3. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this Policy, please report it to us at abuse@agiletune.com. Include as much detail as possible, including the user or organization involved, a description of the violation, and any relevant evidence or URLs.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
