Data Deletion

AgileTune ("we", "our", or "us") respects your right to control your personal data. You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

  1. From the App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately schedules your account and all associated data for permanent deletion.
  2. By Email: Send a request to privacy@agiletune.comfrom the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the following data:

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • Projects and tasks you created
  • Comments, attachments, and activity history
  • AI agent configurations and conversation history
  • Connected third-party tokens (e.g., GitHub)
  • Notification preferences and settings

What Data May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Billing Records: Transaction history and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
  • Aggregated Analytics: De-identified, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with legal holds, court orders, or regulatory requirements.

Shared Workspace Data

If you are a member of a shared organization, content you contributed to shared projects (e.g., tasks, comments) may remain visible to other organization members after your account is deleted, but will no longer be attributed to your profile.

Processing Time

In-app deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Email requests may take up to 30 days after identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
